By accessing and using ULodge, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. ULodge is a student accommodation platform that connects students with verified landlords and caretakers.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Booking and Payments

ULodge facilitates accommodation bookings between students and property owners:

• All bookings are subject to availability and landlord confirmation
• Payment terms are specified during the booking process
• Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed before booking
• ULodge acts as an intermediary and is not party to rental agreements

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, intimidate, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Circumvent any technical measures we use to provide the services

5. Content and Listings

Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings. ULodge reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate. Users retain ownership of their content but grant ULodge license to use it for platform operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

ULodge provides a platform for connecting students and landlords. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of accommodations listed
• The accuracy of listings or user-provided information
• User conduct during rental agreements
• Any disputes between students and landlords

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

ULodge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
